Pres. estudantes de cursos superior presencial ou t\u00e9cnico que moram em Vargem Grande Paulista e se deslocam para outras cidades podem requerer o auxilio transporte at\u00e9 o dia 15 de fevereiro, na Prefeitura (Pra\u00e7a da Matriz, 75 \u2013 Centro \u2013 Setor de Protocolo). O benef\u00edcio \u00e9 concedido pela Prefeitura com o objetivo de assegurar aos estudantes do munic\u00edpio condi\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00ednimas para sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o educacional.<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vargemgrandepaulista.sp.gov.br\/leis_decretos_antigos\/leis\/2009\/0415_09.pdf\">Lei n\u00ba415\/09<\/a> de autoria de executivo municipal, concede o auxilio transporte ao estudante universit\u00e1rio residente h\u00e1 no m\u00ednimo um ano em Vargem Grande Paulista, que n\u00e3o possua curso superior, e com renda familiar mensal de at\u00e9 quatro sal\u00e1rios m\u00ednimos. Em caso de curso t\u00e9cnico, este dever\u00e1 constar no Cat\u00e1logo Nacional de Cursos T\u00e9cnicos (INEP).<\/p>\n<p>O benef\u00edcio ser\u00e1 anual e o valor a ser custeado pela Prefeitura mensalmente ter\u00e1 tr\u00eas n\u00edveis, variando conforme a dist\u00e2ncia do munic\u00edpio at\u00e9 a entidade de ensino, como mostra a tabela abaixo. O valor do aux\u00edlio transporte ser\u00e1 reajustado anualmente com base no IPCA (\u00cdndice de Pre\u00e7o ao Consumidor Amplo\/IBGE) e o repasse ao estudante ser\u00e1 feito atrav\u00e9s de dep\u00f3sito banc\u00e1rio em conta corrente.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>n\u00edvel 1 &#8211; at\u00e9 30 quil\u00f4metros<\/li>\n<li>n\u00edvel 2 &#8211; de 31 at\u00e9 45 quil\u00f4metros<\/li>\n<li>n\u00edvel 3 &#8211; 46 at\u00e9 60 quil\u00f4metros<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Como requerer o benef\u00edcio <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para solicitar o benef\u00edcio no per\u00edodo estabelecido pela Lei Municipal, o estudante dever\u00e1 procurar o Setor de Protocolo na Prefeitura (Pra\u00e7a da Matriz, 75 \u2013 Centro \u2013 sala 07) e preencher uma ficha de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o com os dados acad\u00eamicos e pessoais, uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o e apresentar c\u00f3pia dos seguintes documentos: RG; CPF; T\u00edtulo de Eleitor pertencente ao munic\u00edpio de Vargem Grande Paulista; Carn\u00ea do IPTU ou Contrato de aluguel; declara\u00e7\u00e3o de<\/p>\n<p>matr\u00edcula fornecida pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Ensino Superior (IES) ou Escola T\u00e9cnica; Contrato de presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7o entre a Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Ensino e o estudante (curso t\u00e9cnico); CPF do Correntista para dep\u00f3sito; caso a conta corrente n\u00e3o seja do requerente; extrato banc\u00e1rio constando os dados da Conta Corrente (para dep\u00f3sito); contas de \u00e1gua, luz, telefone, gastos<\/p>\n<p>com educa\u00e7\u00e3o, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, e outros gastos se houver; declara\u00e7\u00e3o do imposto de renda do ano anterior, inclusive dos membros que comp\u00f5e o quadro familiar; comprovante de rendimentos ou de desemprego de todos os moradores da resid\u00eancia; entre outros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condi\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os documentos exigidos ser\u00e3o avaliados pela Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Cultura, Esporte e<\/p>\n<p>Turismo que far\u00e1 o deferimento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o. O estudante tamb\u00e9m dever\u00e1 entregar na<\/p>\n<p>Secretaria, mensalmente e no prazo determinado na Lei, declara\u00e7\u00e3o de freq\u00fc\u00eancia ou declara\u00e7\u00e3o de matr\u00edcula carimbada e rubricada fornecida pela Institui\u00e7\u00e3o de Ensino Superior \u2013 IES.<\/p>\n<p>O estudante que n\u00e3o apresentar os documentos acima n\u00e3o receber\u00e1 o pagamento do auxilio transporte no referido m\u00eas.
